1. All Sales Are Final

Salepager is built to be low-risk from the start — we offer generous free trials so you can experience the full product before spending a dollar, and you can cancel at any time with no penalties.

Because fees are tied to activity you've already completed or a billing period already in progress, all sales are final. All fees are non-refundable once charged, with no exceptions. This keeps our pricing fair and predictable for everyone.

Not sure if Salepager is right for you? Start with our free trial and only pay when you're ready. You'll only be charged once you've confirmed the service works for your business.

This all-sales-final policy applies to all fees across both products:

  • Salepager Invoices — usage-based fees charged on activity already processed
  • Salepager Scheduling — subscription fees charged for the current billing period, including any period in progress at the time of cancellation
  • Any fees incurred during a billing period prior to cancellation, regardless of product

2. Free Trials

Salepager offers free trials for new accounts. The trial terms differ by product:

Salepager Invoices

Your first 3 transactions are processed at no charge. Once your 3 free transactions are exhausted, standard usage-based fees apply automatically. You will not be charged retroactively for trial-period transactions.

Salepager Scheduling (Starter plan only)

New accounts on the Starter plan receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Salepager Scheduling features. At the end of the 14-day period, standard subscription fees apply. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Free trial periods are non-refundable in the sense that once a trial converts to a paid plan, the resulting charge is subject to the no-refund policy above. Cancelling before conversion incurs no charge.

Salepager reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time without notice to new sign-ups. Existing trial users will not be affected mid-trial.

3. How Billing Works

We designed our billing to be as fair and low-risk as possible. You're only charged based on real activity — never for simply having an account:

  • Rate: Usage-based fees tied to your transaction volume — you only pay when invoices are paid
  • No monthly minimums: Slow month? You pay nothing if no invoices are paid
  • No setup fees: No one-time or recurring fixed fees, ever
  • Billing currency: All fees are billed in U.S. dollars
  • Payment method: Fees are charged to the payment method on file for your account

We reserve the right to correct any billing errors. If we discover an overcharge, we will credit your account or issue a correction promptly.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your Salepager account at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. We make it easy to leave if Salepager isn't the right fit.

When you cancel:

  • Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period
  • No further fees are charged after the current billing period ends
  • Any fees already accrued during the current billing period remain due
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Your invoice and transaction data may be retained for a period following cancellation, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law

5. Billing Disputes

If you ever believe a charge looks wrong, please reach out to us first — we're a small team and we genuinely want to make things right. We'll investigate and resolve legitimate billing concerns quickly.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks can result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Referral to a collections agency for outstanding amounts
  • Legal action to recover fees owed, including reasonable attorneys' fees

Salepager reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is not legitimate.

6. When We Do Issue Refunds

While our general policy is no refunds, we will always make it right in these situations:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error on our part
  • Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made to your account without your authorization — notify us within 30 days and we'll resolve it
  • Legal requirement: Where a refund is required by applicable law

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact us with your account details and a description of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.
